Creating a URL Link

Detailed step-by-step instructions on how to combine URLs with rendered videos from Motionlab Platform:

1. Download the completed exported data about the rendered videos from Motionlab Platform in the format - Excel csv. 

2. The data you have obtained should be slightly modified before importing into the email marketing system, so that the correct video is played to every viewer in your database

3. Open the downloaded file and you will find a field called: "ID" ... It's always the first field.

4. Now you need to associate this "ID" with your page.

Therefore, in order for the video to play correctly, it is necessary to insert "?uid=" at the end of your URL where the video player is located.   

5. Then insert the link to the website where the video will play into Excel, (add new columns in Excel 2) next to the "ID" column.  

In column "B", insert the link to the page where the video player is located, including the section "?uid=" 

6. Now in Excel, connect the second row of column "B" and column "C" using a simple function that you will write in field "A": =B2&C2 

Thanks to this function, the two fields are joined together ("B" + "C").  

We now have a connected link where there is a video player with the IDs of the individual videos and contacts to whom we will send their unique personalized video.
